Islamabad: A writ petition has been filed in the Islamabad High Court for breaking up the diplomatic ties with Holland against the sacrilegious caricature competition held there .
Islamabad High Court accepted the appeal for hearing and bench comprising Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani would commence proceedings on it from today(Thursday).
The applicant social activist Hafiz Ahtesham Ahmed , who had been former Spokesperson of Shuhada Foundation requested the court to issue the orders for ending the diplomatic relations with Holland and all the staff of Dutch Embassy should be instructed to leave Pakistan without wasting any time.
The application also requested the court to ban the sales and purchase of Dutch products in Pakistan forthwith.
The applicant made Principal Secretary to Prime Minister , and federal secretaries Foreign Affairs, Interior and Information Technology parties in the case
