Islamabad: Anwar Majeed, a close aide of former president Asif Ali Zardari and Chairman Omni Group’s along with his one son has been arrested outside court room .
According to media reports, SC took up the fake bank accounts case for hearing on Wednesday.
During the course of hearing, Anwar Majeed along with his four sons appeared before the apex court.
Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar while hearing the petition remarked, “The officials of Intelligence agencies were added up in the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) on orders of then Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan while court had not issued any orders regarding their inclusion in the team”.
