Karachi: For the first time in the history of Pakistan, several bank employees will perform election duty in elections on 25th July 2018.
As per media reports, the decision of hiring the services of bank staff has been taken by Election Commission (EC) due the lack of the election staff.
A government officer has told in this regard that State Bank of Pakistan has been informed about this decision recently and the central bank has issued the directives to scheduled banks all over the country to send the employees for training in connection with election duties on 25th July.
Officer further said that the process in Sindh has been started and the bank employees will be given the training in less possible time.
