Lahore(Parliament Times): Muhammad Irfan, who early faced Punjab police torture now facing another dilemma as Punjab Police patrolling personnel allegedly pressuring him and his family members for reconciliation.
Sources stated that Saddar Police Gujrat hadn’t arrested the accused personnel and given free hand to easily contact with the victim family.Punjab patrolling police has started forcing for reconciliation with injured Muhammad Irfan, which was injured in police personnel firing at check-post in the area of Saddar police station at Gujrat City.
Police so far failed to arrest the accused and pressuring victim Irfan to in order to settle the matter.
Sources said that police didn’t registered First Investigation Report (FIR) against police officials, which were involved in firing incident of young Muhammad Irfan. However, two day earlier, Gujrat police had assured that they would register FIR against Police officials involved in this incident but it did not. Sources said that accused police officials threateneds Muhammad Irfan and forcing his family come on settlement with them. They also warned Muhammad Irfan and his mother of serious consciences and if they don’t reconcile.Injured Muhammad Irfan and his mother appealed to Chief Justice of Pakistan and IG Punjab for justice.
