Islamabad The Executive Director of Higher Education Commission (HEC) Dr Arshad Ali has started exerting pressure to settle the issue of his own degree before completion of Chairman HEC’s tenure.
The credible sources say that Chairman HEC Dr Mukhtar Ahmad is determined to his vision of ‘law is equal for all’.
Sources maintained that it is expected that Dr Arshad would be fired from his job, in case of after getting proofs of allegations of plagiarism leveled against him.HEC Chairman would complete his tenure on April 15, 2018, and the inquiry against Dr Arshad is also in final stages, which was initiated on the direction of Chairaman.HEC has already declared Dr. Arshad’s research as plagiarized, now he is pressurizing the HEC, by using his post for giving clean chit to his degree, for this purpose he had a meeting with Minister for Communications Junaid Anwar.
