ISLAMABAD: Turkey has expressed deep concern over the casualties in Indian held Kashmir and called for efforts to de-escalate tension between Pakistan and India.
In a statement released by the Turkish embassy in Islamabad, the Turkish ministry of foreign affairs said we deem it essential to take measures to de-escalate tension in the region immediately. The statement called for showing maximum attention for the protection of civilians from the clashes.
It is said that Turkey is deeply concerned and saddened about the loss of lives and injuries in Occupied Kashmir.
