Srinagar: In occupied Kashmir, Indian forces martyred an elderly mentally-challenged civilian near Air Force station in Badgam district.
The mentally-challenged man was shot dead when Indian troops fired on him. The spot examination revealed that the individual was of 55 years of age and was mentally-challenged, said local police.
“The person being identified is not wearing foot wears, is without proper winter clothing and has no identity card,” the police said, adding that a case has been registered into the incident.
On the other hand, Indian forces of 30 and 32 Rashtriya Rifles launched massive operation in Gundkalan, Kralgund and Handwara areas of Kupwara district. Meanwhile, Indian police arrested youth from Dalgate area of Srinagar
