KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered for recovering missing persons till Marc h 01 and filing report thereof before it;
The court has issued notices to IG Sindh, home department, DG Rangers and others.
The petitions seeking recovery of missing persons came up for hearing before SHC Monday.
The petitioner took the plea before the court that Shakil Ahmad and Nadim were taken into custody on November 20, 2017. No one has been produced before the court despite lapse of several months.
The court while issuing notices to IG Sindh, home department , DG Rangers and others ordered for recovering missing persons till March 01 and presenting them before it.
