ISLAMABAD: Studying theories can be masterly but the real power is in the practical. Keeping this in mind, the 5th and 7th semester students of Fashion and Textile design in Iqra University, Islamabad set up a restaurant as their final project of Business and Marketing by the name ”Tarqa”. It was inaugurated by the honourable Dean Dr. Muhammad Islam (Chief Guest), Prof. Zafarullah Siddiqui and Ma’am Samina Aslam. The theme of the restaurant was based on‘Pakistani Culture’. Thus, every detail was observed in accordance to it. The participant girls were seen in colorful attires with parandas while boys wore shawls on shalwarkameez to add up the vivacity. Menu consisted of Desi items like Biryani, Live BBQ, ChapalKabab, QeemaParatha, AaluParatha, NutellaParatha, green tea, pink tea and a vast variety of Pans.
