KARACHI: The Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi has said that we need to be ready for any threat with all our resources and also need to enhance our operational capability to deal with any situation.
This he said while speaking as the chief guest to the final session of the 1st day of the 2-day Technical Seminar held at PNS Johar in Karachi on Wednesday.
The Naval Chief said the significance of Gwadar will further increase in future and it will become more important than Karachi.
Chief of Naval Staff said we also need institutions of maritime education to make available the experts and professionals of this sector.
He said the development of maritime sector can also earn the country foreign exchange.
