Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved the judgment in Milli Muslim League (MML) registration case after hearing the arguments from lawyers of both sides.

A single member bench of IHC comprising Justice Amir Farooq took up for hearing the case filed against ban on registration of Mili Muslim League on Friday .
During the course of hearing, Deputy Attorney General Khalid Mehmood while reading out reply filed by interior ministry told the court that this party was earlier working under the name of Lashkar-e- Tayyab, Jamat ul Dawa and later ban was imposed on it. Now they are trying to get register party under new name. .
On it defence counsel while arguing said that Milli Muslim League is doing every thing within the ambit of law. It is not doing any thing illegal.
Counsel prayed court that it should give orders to federal government for registration of Mili Muslim League.
On it Deputy Attorney General said that according to the reports of security agencies this party had been working under name of different banned outfits like Lashkar e Taiba and Jamaatud Dawa earlier.
