Rawalpindi: (Parliament Times) A ‘smog counter’ has been set up in the Benazir Bhutto Hospital Rawalpindi for public awareness regarding smog.
According to the Medical Superintendent (MS) of Benazir Bhutto Hospital Dr Arshad Ali Sabir, a ‘smog’ counter has been constituted in the Benazir Bhutto Hospital Rawalpindi for public awareness regarding Smog and its ill effects.
He while addressing a seminar on “Awareness and precautionary measures regarding Smog” said doctors should create awareness among maximum number of patients about smog effects.

He further said patients coming in the outdoor patient departments (OPDs) and emergency for medical treatment or checkup are provided with free literature about Smog and protective masks.
He said citizens should wear protection masks while going outside and avoid burning garbage
