Kotli:(Parliament Times) Acting Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir (PM AJK) Raja Nisar Ahmad Khan has said that our government is implementing the steps taken by the PML-N leadership in the region and fulfilled the promises made by the people for the prosperity of the region. He said that we always put the issue of Kashmir Freedom of Movement on priority in our assembly sessions.
He said,” we have fulfilled our commitment to implement merit in the state by introducing NTS; no one can raise objection on transparency. Employees are recruited after proper advertisement.”He said that we have practically fulfilled our promise of Good Governance.
“Public should submit their electricity bills on time to opt surcharge”, Acting PM opined.Not only the faces but system has also changed after our government, Acting PM AJK said that we cannot cooperate with corruption and bribery system; state cannot tolerate any kind of nepotism in the system.He said that we will always co-ordinate with the employees working in public sector on their genuine issues.Acting PM AJK reiterated that government of AJK has facilitated the masses by making corridors and link roads. He said that Journalism is the fourth main pillar of the state, journalists should highlight their issues, and we will try to sort out their issues.“Journalist communities always highlight the issues of masses, journalists of KhoiRatta has always highlighted these issues besides Kashmir Freedom of movement”. Acting PM added.Raja Nisar Ahmed Khan made these assertions on the inauguration of Ch. Hakim Deen Thathi Dhanna link road and reconstruction Press Club Khoiratta building worth of Rs. 5 million. Acting PM was the chief guest in both events.
Ex Chairman district Council Khan Iqbal, Sikander Khan, President Press club Khoiratta Shaukat Khokhar, President Central Union of Journalists (CUJ) Kotli Azhar Iqbal , Members of Azad Kashmir Abdul Waheed Bhatti, Wasif Ali,Professor Zulfiqar Zahid, Majeed Akbar Raja and others also addressed the events.Acting Prime Minister Raja Nasir Ahmed Khan said that the whole budget of AJK was limited to only four constituencies in the past, but we are thankful to PM AJK Raja Mohammad Farooq Haider Khan for the approval of Rs. 10 million each for purchasing new transformers in all constituencies.
He said that there will be no compromise on public rights. The present government is taking practical measures for the development of the state while completing the public desires. Raja Nisar Ahmed Khan said,”In Azad Kashmir, government recruitment system are being done through NTS and PSC. No jobs will be used for political interests.” Government officials should treat public with good gesture and harmony and perform their duties as a public service. Those who mischief, do corruption, will soon be considered accountable.The Acting Prime Minister Raja Naseer Khan also announced to give Rs. 1 lac for Khoiratta Press club on behalf of PM AJK Raja Farooq Haider Khan and also announced to make building for Khoratta Press Club after the allocation of land.
