Islamabad: Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has extended last date for submission of admission forms for its Matric to Master-level programs for the current semester till October 23.
This decision was taken by the Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shahid Siddiqui in respond to the demands received from aspiring students, particularly those from the remote regions.
The opportunity has been made available for all the academic programs, notified earlier, except merit-based like Ph.D and M.Phil only in case of fresh students. Continuing students have been allowed to submit their forms before the extended date.
Meanwhile, the admission test of merit-based programs will be held on October 15 to 20 and merit list of the selected candidates would be placed at the University’s website on October 31.
