Islamabad: (Parliament Times) A meeting between AGAHI’s team and Ms. Nelofar S. Hafeez, Joint Secretary, Senate of Pakistan Secretariat, was held in the office of Senate of Pakistan on Tuesday.
Puruesh Chaudhary, founder and President AGAHI, briefed Ms. Nelofar S. Hafeez regarding various projects undertaken by AGAHI including Pakistan State of Future Index (PK-SOFI); providing an analytic view of the 30 variables being researched for the Index.

Special emphasis was placed on people-centric policies, the government’s approach, as well as citizenry participation in resolution of issues with in the societal scope. During the meeting, there was a focused understanding on the need for an institutionalized approach overcoming rudimentary challenges faced by the people of Pakistan using decision-making tools based on data driven foresight research. AGAHI had earlier requested for the meeting with Senate Secretariat’s research department.

AGAHI is a not for profit organisation that works on developmental frameworks facilitating information and knowledge sharing platforms on understanding challenges in global perspective.
