Karachi: The CTD claimed to have gunned-down two alleged terrorists of a proscribed outfit during a search operation in Manhophir area of Karachi.
On a tip-off, Counter-Terrorism Department personnel raided a hideout in Manghopir area of Karachi early Tuesday morning where the terrorists started firing on the raiding party. The CTD personnel retaliated and gunned-down two terrorists, while their one accomplice fled the scene.
One terrorist was identified as Daniyal, who was affiliated with Mufti Shakir group of a banned organization.
A search operation is underway to arrest the deceased’s accomplice.
