QUETTA: (Parliament Times) Balochistan Government is spending thirty-five billion rupees during current fiscal year to increase literacy rate in far flung areas.
An official of Bureau of Curriculum told our Quetta correspondent that Balochistan Education Endowment Fund has been enhanced from six to eight billion rupees to provide stipends to fourteen thousand outstanding students for getting higher education.
He said three hundred fifty-two million rupees are being utilized to provide furniture, scientific equipment and sports goods to schools across the province.
