ISLAMABAD: (Parliament Times) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders have said Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif days are numbered.
“PM Nawaz Sharif days are numbered. Panama case verdict will come on Friday. Nawaz Sharif will be tried in the cases pertaining to Model Town tragedy, corruption in uplift projects and for conspiring against Pakistan army following his removal from officeâ€, PTI leader Naeem ul Haq said this while talking to media men outside Supreme Court (SC) here Wednesday.
He went on to say Panama case is a baby of corruption.†We will form the next government and bring Nawaz Sharif and his coteries in dockâ€, he added.
He held that Maulana Fazl ur Rehman, Nawab Sana Ullah Zehri and Mehmood Khan Achakzai have sold their conscience by acquiring perks and privileges from Nawaz Sharif. All the allegations have proved against Nawaz Sharif and these people are defending him.
He alleged that PML-N have crossed all limits in reviling against Imran Khan. Abid Sher Ali have used abusive language against Imran Khan and we condemn it, he added. Government has no courage to apprehend Imran Khan.
State Water and Power Minister Abid Sher Ali had claimed that Khan does not come to court out of fear of arrest, he remarked
“Imran Khan is present in his house, order the police to arrest him,†Haq added,
He observed that the rulers lied after taking oath. Arguments of Nawaz Sharif counsel will be completed today and the verdict will come within a few days.
PTI spokesman Fawad Chaudhry said counsel for PM told the court that it was not known to PM that his father held how much assets. Hassan Nawaz son of Nawaz Sharif became billionaire at the age of 16 years and PM could not come to know about it.
He said Panama case verdict will come uptill Friday.
