LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has expressed deep grief and sorrow over loss of precious lives caused by heavy rains across the province.
In a message from Lahore on Wednesday, he condoled and sympathized with the bereaved families and directed to provide the best possible medical facilities to the injured.
The Chief Minister advised the concerned authorities to personally monitor the situation and utilize all resources to bring out rain water from low-lying areas as early as possible.
