Islamabad, (Parliament Times) ) Former President and Prime Minister of Aza Kashmir, Member Legislative Assembly Sardar Muhammad Yaqub Khan has said that he is trying to solve the basic problems of the people. All possible measures are being taken to provide the basic rights of the people like health and education, at their doorstep. He expressed these views while talking to various public delegations.

At present, the Azadi Kashmir Movement is going through a critical period. Our forefathers have liberated this region by making immense sacrifices. The occupied valley has been converted into the biggest prison in the world. Kashmiris are being deprived of their basic human rights. The Modi government is engaged in unsuccessful attempts to cool the freedom spirit of Kashmiris through its high-handedness, he said.

Under a conspiracy in the occupied valley, the Modi government is making nefarious attempts to turn Kashmiris into a minority. Children, old women, and youth are being martyred, but the Modi government should know that Kashmiris have not backed down from their right to self-determination. They are always ready to repeat the sacrifices of their forefathers, he said.

He further demanded the United Nations and international human rights organizations to play their role to stop the ongoing atrocities in Occupied Kashmir and Palestine so that Kashmiris and Palestinians will also be given basic human rights.
