Srinagar: In occupied Kashmir, Indian police and paramilitary forces arrested ailing Dukhtaran-e-Millat Chairperson, Aasiya Andrabi during a raid on her residence in Srinagar, late Wednesday night. A DeM spokesperson in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the personnel of police and paramilitary broke into the house of Aasiya Andrabi, smashed doors and windows of the house and arrested party chairperson along with her associate Fehmida Sofi from her residence at Soura in Srinagar.

The DeM spokesperson told Kashmir Media Service that Aasiya Andrabi and Fehmida Sofi had been locked at Rambagh police station in Srinagar.
