Sargodha: Central president Punjab Teachers union, Allah Bakhash Qaiser and President All Pakistan Clerks Association (APCA) education wing Sargodha unit while expressing their views with daily parliament times have said that, we greatly desire to work day and night not only for ministerial staffers but also for teacher’s staff too in view of the support of the citizens of Pakistan With true passions, I will have to step forward with mine full head and heart social activities.
At the time of the needs and necessity we will be ready to serve the community dedicated resolving issues at grassroots level with true spirit InshaAllah. President APCA further said , for sake of agenda presented to APCA will remain functional without any pressure whatsoever.
He said priority of main tasks is to resolve all issues on priority including promotion etc.We will prove ourselves like an iron made wall if department resists against the basic rights. I have full confidences over clerk brotherly that will contribute with true spirit for our rights.
All the government Servants will rise the concrete steps for sake of revising pay scales and protest in Islamabad where demand for merging all allowances in basic pay scale will be voiced.
They demanded, the grant of group insurance must be given along with the retirement with out the condition imposed over by death. House rent must be accommodated according to new pay scales, they expressed.
The additional Secretary in civil secretariat where only scales were revised, but technical staff was not up-graded even account clerks were ignored in clerical staff instead allotting grade 15 kept in grade 11. Only for staffers in civil secretariat the utility allowance was announced, depriving all other outside this secretariat, he further added.President further stressed the need of merging 60 p/c adhoc allowances in basic pay. He pointed out the reality of group insurance in which there is deduction every month from the salary but, after retirement nothing is returned from this insured money.
