Islamabad: A Security Guard of Private Housing Society has been gunned-by extortionists within the Rawat Police jurisdiction. Mustaq Kiyani and Mohammad Yunus and others stopped the ongoing construction work of Private Housing Society near Rawat Area by force and demanded extortion from the owner and on refusal they started firing on the employees of society, leaving two persons including a Security Guard injured. The injured was rushed to local hospital for medical treatment, however, Security Guard Mohammad Mubashir succumbed to injuries on way to hospital. The other injured was identified as Afzal Qamar.The police have started investigation.
