Islamabad: (Parliament Times) A tortured body of a youngster has been found within the Sabzi Mandi Police jurisdiction.
A passerby spotted the body near Sabzi Mandi area and informed police.
The police reached the area and shifted the body to local hospital for medico-legal formalities.
The identity of the deceased could not be ascertained immediately. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
