KARACHI: A child was killed and six others were injured when the roof of a house fell at Ranchore Line.
Rescue services said that the iron roof of the house was rusted and it fell on the family living in the house. Only one person in the family remained unharmed.
A fire brigade which reached the spot bulldozed the house as it was dangerous to live in.
The injured have been transferred to the Civil Hospital.
Ranchore Line is an old city area where rickety buildings are a common sight.
