Rawalpindi: (Parliament Times) Two men have been looted at gunpoint within the Westridge and New Town police jurisdictions.

Basheer Khan, a resident of Westridge, lodged a complaint with the local police that three armed persons intercepted him, held hostage at gunpoint and hit him pistol butt and made off with Rs0.285 million in cash.

Shoaib, a resident of New Town, lodged a complaint with the local police that two motorcyclists waylaid him at gunpoint and made off with his cell phone and snatched his motorcycle.

The police have registered cases and started investigation.
