QUETTA: (Parliament Times) Â Notorious Farari Commander Bulkh Sher Baddini surrendered to law enforcement agencies (LEAs) in Quetta this afternoon.
He announced to surrender at a press conference in Quetta in the presence of Provincial Home Minister Mir Sarfaraz Khan Bugti.
Bulkh Sher Baddini was Incharge of Media Cell of a banned Farari group.
