MELBOURNE : Opening batsman Sami Aslam has vowed to perform well in Melbourne Test against Australia to be started from December 26.
He said that he has learnt a lot from the first Test and that he will try to overcome his mistakes. He also said that his first priority is to make the new ball old so that it will not create difficulties for other players.
Talking to media, Sami Aslam said that coaches have struggled a lot to make the players comfortable on Australian pitches.
First innings in Brisbane was quite difficult as I have never played on such pitches where bounces were different however, I will try to perform better in next Test, he added.
