COAS Gen Qamar Bajwa arrives in Karachi

KARACHI : Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Bajwa arrived in Karachi for a day long visit on Wednesday, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported.

General Qamar Bajwa started his day with visit to Quaid-e-Azam’s mausoleum. He laid floral wreath at the mausoleum to pay homage to father of the nation and also offered Fateha.

Later, the Army Chief reached Corps Headquarters where he will be briefed in detail about ongoing targeted operation in the metropolis and other security issues.
