Islamabad: President Azad Jammu and Kashmir Sardar Masood Khan has said Indian crimes against humanity and flagrant violation of ceasefire especially targeting a passenger bus and ambulance would be effectively take up with international community at diplomatic level.
Talking to Jamaat Islami Azad Kashmir Chief Abdul Rashid Turrabi, ex- diplomat Mr. Jamshad, member AJK Legislative Assembly Raza Bukhari and Abdul Khaliq Wasi advocate at Kashmir House Islamabad, president said government is considering to take a number of measures including holding international conferences and sending delegations abroad to apprise the world leaders about the fast deteriorating situation in Occupied Kashmir and Indian aggression at Line of Control.
He said Indian forces had all crossed all limits by targeting a civil passenger bus and an ambulance in the Neelum Valley of Azad Kashmir and observed that Indian army has proved that it is rogue army by targeting unarmed civilian. The President earlier met British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson briefly at the British High Commission here on the other day.
The President briefed him about the deteriorating situation along the Line of Control (LoC) as well as flagrant targeting of a passenger bus and an ambulance near Dudhnial in the Neelum valley by Indian forces. He emphasized that “India was deliberately escalating tension along the LoC to divert the attention of the international community from the grave situation in the Occupied Kashmir”
He told Mr Johnson that international community, particularly the UK, should take note of the gravity of the situation and urge India to respect human rights of Kashmiri people. Mr Johnson said, that UK would continue to encourage India and Pakistan for engagement for a positive dialogue” and find a lasting solution to Kashmir issue.
