Muzaffarabad: The AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan has said that provision of better health care facilities to masses is among the top priorities of his government.

He expressed these views during his visit to Abbas Institute of Medical Sciences Muzaffarabad today.

AJK Prime Minister said that government hospitals would be strengthened so that they can provide best healthcare facilities to the patients. He said that government would ensure the availability of emergency medicines in its hospitals. Raja Farooq Haider Khan said that it is responsibility of the government to fullfil the needs of these hospitals for which concrete measures are being taken.

He took a round of the hospital along with the doctors, administration and inquired after the health of patients admitted in various wards. Meanwhile presiding over a high level meeting in connection with reviewing the situation arising out of unprovoked Indian shelling at Line of Control, he directed the concerned departments to take immediate steps for the rehabilitation of the affectees.

Raja Farooq Haider Khan said that Indian aggression at Line of Control is an attempt to divert the attention of the world community from deteriorating human rights situation in Occupied Kashmir. He called upon the United Nation and other civilized world to take notice of Indian unprovoked shelling at civil population at Line of Control and working boundary.
