Sargodha: (Parliament Times) Turkish Company representatives visited Organization of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) at University of Sargodha (UoS) vowed to invest in Sargodha-Bhalwal region for advancement in diverse fields of business, academic and the quality of labor force.
A Turkish company Hayat Kimya Sanayi delegation was lead by Head of Bhalwal Industrial Estate (BIE) Adnan Mir along with Fazil and Aqleem enterprise.
The Director ORIC gave a brief presentation to the delegation on Sargodha region and its business environment including the quality of education provided by the varsity (UoS) to its graduates. He ensure that the graduates of UCET, UCA, Business and Economics has a potential to support the industrial revolution in the Sargodha region especially Bhalwal.
The delegation also visited university campus and UCET to see the quality of education and facilities provided by the university to its graduates. The delegation showed its gratitude to the university official for facilitating their visit and briefing about the regional business environment.
The delegation showed their interest to invest in the region with intention to analyze the business and academic environment of the region and for the advancement in quality labor force. Adnan Mir told that Hayat Kimya Sanayi A.S. was founded in 1937 and is based in Istanbul, Turkey and having its additional offices and factories in Bulgaria, Algeria, Egypt, Iran, and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
It is worth mentioning here, this was the very first visit of any multinational company from Turkey which is going to invest in the region. It will also open new employment opportunities for the youth especially graduates of the University of Sargodha (UoS).
