ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has admitted for preliminary hearing the petitions filed by PTI with reference to PML-N, PPP prohibited funds and removed objections of registrar office.
Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar Wednesday took up for hearing in his chamber the petitions filed by PTI leaders Asad Umar and Shireen Mazari seeking court orders for declaring PML-N and PPP foreign funded parties.
The CJP after hearing arguments of PTI lawyers has admitted the petitions for preliminary hearing.
The court has issued orders for fixing the case for hearing.
