In his letter to the Election Commission of Pakistan PTI leader Babar Awan has said , “ it is legal binding on the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) under the constitution to conduct free and fair elections; the Governor of Punjab has strong affiliations with PMLN and the Sharif Family, which is paving way for imbalance in election environment, hence, it is requested that a notice of this urgent matter be taken on immediate basis”.
Earlier, the PTI through his Spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry has moved the ECP to extend the time duration of casting votes for the upcoming General election.
