Rawalpindi: (Parliament Times) A girl was allegedly gunned down by her cousin within Pirwadhai police jurisdiction. Sub-inspector Pirwadhai police Muhammad Amir said that Salma Bibi, 21 was alone at her home when her cousin Sher Muhammad showed up and opened fire on her. She succumbed to injuries on the spot while assailant fled. The body was shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities. The motive behind the murderer could not be ascertained immediately however police have registered a case and started investigation.
