Lahore:(Parliament Times) Dar ul Salam published the book Hidayat Ul Qari Sharh Sahih Bukhari (translation of Sahih Bukhari) in Urdu language. Book consisting of 10 volumes, was translated by Hafiz Abdul Sattar Hammad, scholarly Madina University. Ceremony was held at Dar ul Salam Quran Institute, chaired by Managing Director Dar ul Salam Abdul Maalik Mujahid while Hafiz Abdul Satar Hammad was the chief guest. Large number of honorable clerics and administrators of seminaries joined ceremony.
Addressing to ceremony, Hafiz Abdul Sattar Hammad said that Imam Bukhari has scattered doctrinal gems and practical masterpieces in his book. The number and basis of ahadith which has been described by Imam Bukhari, has been mentioned in the beginning of each book.
He further said that the meaning of each major title and introductory notes of small titles under major title, were also given. Explanation of chapter, its translation and compatibility of translation with chapter is also described.
Abdul Maalik Mujahid especially thanked to Abdul Sattar Hammad for his historical work of translation of Sahi Bukhari.
Great scholar Professor Hafiz Muhammad Yahya, Sheikh ul Hadith (Teacher of Hadith) Hafiz Abdul Aziz Alvi , Sheikh ul Hadith Hafiz Abdul Salam bin Muhammad, Sheikh ul Hadith Moulana Muhammad Ramazan Salfi, Moulana Attiq ul Rehman Salfi, Chaoudhry Yaseen Zafar, Professor Doctor Hammad Lakhvi, Professor Doctor Abaid ul Rehman Mohsin and others also addressed to ceremony.
