ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman has said that Sharif family did corruption of 1.25 billion rupees in 18 years in Hudaibya Mills.
On a social media site, Imran Khan said in a tweet that it is shameful how three successive governments colluded to adjourn reference in mega Hudaibya corruption case of Rs 1.25 billion by mega crooks, the Sharif family, for over 18 years. Such collusions between mega crooks & the governments have submerged the nation in financial crisis today, he added.
He further said that National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has pointed to this collusion from Musharraf regime to PPP & PML-N governments. He questioned that what hope can a nation have where state institutions, meant to investigate & punish the plunderers of billions that could have been invested in people’s welfare, are destroyed to protect powerful crooks like Sharif family.
