Rawalpindi: City Traffic Police (CTP) Rawalpindi has declared wearing helmet mandatory for pillion riders.
According to media reports, Chief Traffic officer said that during motorcycle driving, wearing helmet is not only necessary for the person who is riding motorcycle but also for the one who is sitting behind him.
He said wearing safety helmet has saved the people from lethal injuries of head.
In order to maintain life safety it is necessary for both motorcycle riders including the driver and the man sitting behind driver to wear safety helmets.
