Remembering and Rebuilding is one of the famous book where we can get and know how to rebuild our life again. The author of this book is Dr.Kenneth C.Haugk. This book have been published in 2001.It contains some chapters and each chapter carries concerned and cared for many People after the loss of a loved one. The first chapter is a conversation of writer with his friend where the friend had experienced a number of significant losses in one year so, the the asked to him that how did he felt while he confronted lots of of losses.He responded with great confidence and being a healthy man , I have faced these problem in a great way so ,now he rebuild his life and did not remember his past. So, the next chapter is all about a hundred where his Wife passed away and became alone in his life, but also he confront the problems in a good and Confidence way and Rebuild his life.And the whole chapters are all about the experienced of all people. The main theme and moral of this is that we are human being and we can face every kind of problem in our life.So, we should not be stuck on that problem and we should try to solve the problem and don’t remember that again and Rebuild our life at that same way and be happy in your life through just letting the problem go on because it’s life which goes on and it has to go on then just rebuild the life the way , we want .
