It is a fact that shortage of water is a major issue that the Pakistan is facing currently. Especially karachi is the city of Pakistan which is facing the shortage of water which is a serious issue. Water is the basic requirement of human life which is beneficial. One of the world 20 megacites and most populous in pakistan with the population of 17 million and among these megacites karachi is in 13 Number that is suffering from the issues of clean water. According to International Monetary Fund (IMF) Pakistan ranked the third among the countries facing severe water shortage. Furthermore, In May 2018, the Pakistan Council of Research in Water Resources (PCRWR) announced that by 2025 there will be very little or no clean water available in the country. The causes of shortage of water in pakistan due to some reasons which are givenas below:Agriculture, overpopulation etc. Agriculture :The country grown Agriculture crops in large amount of Number that needs water. Especially the grows rice, Wheat, cotton and sugarcane which needs large amount of water. Overpopulation :If we discuss about the population of pakistan and cities of Pakistan which is growing rapidly. Due to these reasons pakistan is facing difficulties.At the last I instance with the country that the issue of water should be solved and extend the number of clean water in country.
