In this March, fortunately, the government has granted 15 percent of disparity reduction allowance. However, every employee of the provinces has received this favor except Balochistan. Once again, the province of Balochistan is left behind while providing advancements to others. In addition, the local employees protested against this direct discrimination but no practical reaction came. Shamefully, the police practiced violated the protesters in Quetta. Such gaps between provinces of the same nation primarily create hatred among nationals and rebel against the government. Balochistan equally holds the right to consume any favor that the rest of the provinces in Pakistan are granted. I truly urge both federal and provincial authorities to accord Balochistan and its employee’s disparity reduction allowance as others were bestowed.
