ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has lodged strong protest with Iran for not taking any action against those behind the martyrdom of 14 persons in Ormara terror attack. According to Foreign Office (FO) Spokesperson a protest letter has been sent to Iranian embassy in Islamabad. The letter said "15-20 terrorists who camouflaged themselves in Frontier Corps (FC) uniform barricaded the road and stopped 3-4 buses traveling from Ormara to Gwadar on the coastal highway at Buzi Top in the dawn of April 18 and on the identification of the passengers, shot dead 14 personnel belonging to the armed forces of Pakistan. BRAS which is the alliance of three Baloch terrorist organisations have claimed responsibility for this terrorist act. Pakistan through this letter has voiced strong protest over non initiation of any action against the terrorists. The letter said Pakistan had early demanded of Iran several times to launch action against group of proscribed organizations. Pakistan had already shared intelligence with Iran on these activities. Unfortunately no action was taken by Iran on this count. It has been further said in the protest letter that heinous murder of 14 persons by the terrorists group based in Iran is matter of grave concern.
