Rawalpindi: More than 300 employees of Sub-contract Company Albayrak of Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) have been deprived of their two months salaries.
Due to financial crisis in Albayrak Company, more than 300 employees of different cadres have become unable to make their ends meet as they have gone penniless due to non disbursement of salaries since the last two months and their families are put on the brink of starvation.
According to affected employees, sanitary workers, drivers, supervisors, assistant managers and maintenance staff has not been paid with their two months salaries.
They while giving the 24 hours ultimatum to authorities said that if their salaries are not paid then all the cleanliness work in the city will be stopped.
