Rawalpindi: Decision has been taken to install CCTV cameras in the examination centers of Rawalpindi division in order to stop cheating during final exams of metric and to make sure the security arrangements.
Orders have been issued to schools heads for the recruitment of security guards in the examination centers, erection of a boundary wall and installation of barbed wires.
Conduct Branch Education Board Rawalpindi has issued orders for the installation of CCTV cameras in the halls and 378 rooms of the examination centers.
The purpose behind the installation of CCTV cameras is to monitor the movement of students during exams, meeting of people with superintendent, deputy superintendent and supervisory staff.
According to SOP, those who do not make security arrangements’ will face departmental inquiry.
It is vital to mention here that metric exams will start from March 1st.
