LARKANA : Deputy Inspector General Range Police Larkana has released the performance report of the last 6 months. According to the report, during the last 6 months, 19 dacoits were killed in 417 police encounters, while 110 accused were arrested while injured.
Among the arrested prize-winning dacoits are Khair Muhammad Tighani who has won 70 lakhs from the government, Shakur Brohi who has won 20 lakhs, Chakar Brohi who has won 10 lakhs, Manwar Brohi who has won 05 lakhs and others. It is being stated that during the same period, a total of 10788 suspects including 4749 undercover 5234 wanted suspects and 805 drug dealers have been arrested, while 04 of IS in large quantities have been arrested in the ongoing crackdown against drug dealers in Larkana range. kg, heroin 03 kg 356 grams, hashish 575 kg, hemp 155 kg, opium 01 kg, a large number of harmful gutka and a large amount of alcohol and other drugs have been recovered. A huge amount of ammunition including LMG, Kalashnikovs, rifles, pistols, revolvers, shotguns have also been recovered from the arrested accused during the last 6 months. In all the five districts of Arakana range, the cases of robberies and thefts have been traced and the accused have been arrested, from which cars, motorcycles, tractors, mobile phones, illegal Iranian diesel, looted cash, gold jewelery have also been recovered. While 383 people have been kidnapped and rescued from Larkana range. All over the Larkana range, the accused involved in the cases of people killed over old disputes, including land and property transactions and other personal grudges, have been arrested and presented in the courts. After issuing the performance report, Deputy Inspector General of Police Larkana Range Nasir Aftab Pathan while talking to the media said that operations against anti-social elements and crimes will continue throughout Larkana Range.
