Islamabad, (Parliament Times) : The Good-Neighborliness, Friendship, and Cooperation Commission of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) proudly announces the inauguration of the “SCO Countries Art Exhibition,” in collaboration with the esteemed Central Academy of Fine Arts and the SCO Secretariat. This groundbreaking initiative invites budding Pakistani artists aged 5 to 16 to submit their masterpieces, showcasing their unique perspectives on “The SCO Family in My Eyes.”

Theme and Vision:
Artists are encouraged to infuse their creations with the essence of the “Shanghai Spirit,” portraying the vibrant tapestry of the SCO’s journey through the lens of cultural exchange, eco-friendly progress, and technological innovation. Through their artworks, young talents will paint a vivid narrative of the SCO’s strides toward a brighter, interconnected future.

**Submission Details:**
Submissions are open from now until June 1, 2024, allowing ample time for young visionaries to unleash their creativity. Artworks must be original designs, adhering to a maximum size of 40cm*60cm (without frame). There are no restrictions on materials or styles, granting artists the freedom to explore various mediums, from watercolors to oil paintings.

Each applicant may submit up to two artworks, bearing their name, nationality, age, and artwork details on the back. Commercial elements are prohibited, ensuring the purity of artistic expression.

Submission Guidelines:

Artists can electronically submit their applications along with high-resolution images of their artworks (no smaller than 2M, JPG format) to sunnywang@sartfair.com. Additionally, applicants are encouraged to share the captivating stories behind their creations through videos (MP4, up to 5 minutes) or text (up to 300 words) to enrich their submissions.

Exciting Prizes Await:

Selected artists will receive electronic certificates and notifications by July 20, 2024, marking their passage to the next phase of the exhibition. The prestigious exhibition certificate awaits those whose artworks triumph in the secondary selection process, promising recognition and acclaim for their remarkable talents.
