Lahore, (PR) : An operation of the Evacuee Trust Property Board against illegal occupants across the country was conducted and valuable properties worth Rs.8 8 billion were recovered from illegal occupants. According to the Board Spokesman, Board Secretary Farid Iqbal supervised the operation, the Trust Board along with FIA conducted a joint operation against the “possession mafia” in different areas of Karachi, and after handing over the trust board’s 8-billion rupees valuable property was sealed. They have deployed their security personnel. These valuable properties were evicted from illegal occupiers at various places in Karachi, including Lasbela Chowk, Civil Hospital Karachi, and Sohrab Goth Super Highway. Secretary Board Farid Iqbal presented the detailed report to the Chairman Board. The Chairman appreciated the report. Secretary Board Farid Iqbal says that in the light of the instructions of the Chairman Board, operations will be continued against the illegal occupants occupying the valuable properties of the Trust Board across the country and full legal action will be taken against them.
