Rawalakot, (Parliament Times) : Abbaspur’s famous murder case was pronounced. Two criminals were sentenced to life imprisonment and a one million fine each. After seventeen years, the case was decided by Justice Ch. Khalid Hussain.
According to the details, former government minister Ch. Yasin Gulshan’s nephew’s murder case was pronounced after 17 years.
Additional Sessions Judge Chaudhry Khalid Hussain Saqib and Additional District Judge Muhammad Sarfraz Abbasi pronounced the verdict of Hanif’s murder case against the accused Sardar Shafaat son of Muhammad Sadiq caste Maldiyal resident of Polis and Muhammad Sajjad son of Muhammad Aslam Khan caste Doli resident of Lari under section 302 (Category B).
While Muhammad Ashfaq son of Muhammad Sadiq was sentenced to one month and a fine of five hundred rupees in the crime APC 341.
The remaining 22 accused were acquitted. The accused were also given the benefit of Section 382 B.
