Islamabad, (Parliament Times) : President of Institute of Peace and Development INSPAD (think tank) Dr Muhammad Tahir Tabassum met with UK-based prominent Sikh leader Sardar Joga Singh, International coordinator, World Sikh Parliament.
Joga Singh is a prominent UK-based Sikh leader who has been raising his voice for the Sikh community of the world.
Currently, he is on a visit to Pakistan. We had a detailed conversation with him in Islamabad. Senior journalist and Analyst Mr. Javed Siddiq former member of KPK Assembly Sardar Ranjeet Singh and director INSPAD Aqeel Khan were also present in this meeting.
Joga Singh visited Nankana Sahib and intends to visit other holy places of the Sikh community in Pakistan. He praises Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz for nominating sikh minister Ramesh Singh Arora, it’s a very positive sign for Sikhs worldwide.
Joga Singh leader of the World Sikh Parliament lamented the plight of the Sikhs in India where Kashmiri, Sikhs, and all minorities are facing persecution, and genocide at the hands of the Indian government. He supports the Khalistan movement. Joga Singh praised the hospitality of the Pakistani people and government.
