ISLAMABAD : JI has filed application in Supreme Court (SC) for becoming respondent in Mubarak Ahamd Sani case.
JI Amir Siraj ul Haq filed the petition in the court for becoming respondent in the case.
It has been said in the petition that SC observations have caused restiveness in the country.
JI requested SC for becoming respondent to assist court on the matter.
It was further said in the petition that JI is an influential party across the country and people from minorities are also its members. Such situation has been created for want of correct court assistance. JI wants to assist the court on the matter. JI be made respondent in Punjab government review case.
